Can I order like a regular old chicken sandwich combo and then purchase a cup on the side? Is it up to each restaurant?

Hey guys.
So for the past little while I’ve noticed I major increase in my urination frequency. The cycle is basically:
- I’ll go.
- Couple minutes later my bladder will feel full again. If I go back to the bathroom then nothing comes out.
- About 30mins later comes the urge to pee. This urge rapidly progresses over the next 10-15 minutes.
- I’ll go.
- Rinse and repeat.
- It wakes me up multiple times per night.
I’m definitely not over hydrating. In fact I’d say my actual water intake is somewhere between 750-1000ml per day. I typically have 1 regular coffee at the start of my day and that’s it. Likely 90-100mg of caffeine. I’m positive it’s not more, I’m on a restricted intake because of palpitations.
My diet is pretty standard. I’m a shift worker, it could be better, but it could be worse. Sodium is probably average, I don’t go out of my way to by low sodium but I also don’t add salt to my food or cooking.
There no pain during urination. No foul smell, and no fever. Discharge is regular; thin, white and opaque, no smell and not a lot. Thankfully no incontinence of any kind, I am able to hold it, it just gets real uncomfortable, real fast.
Not diabetic or pre-diabetic. I’m terrified of diabetes and it runs in my family. As a result I have a glucometer and check frequently, and I have my A1C tested often.
I do have an IUD in, kyleena. It’s been great for controlling periods. If I think back there is some correlation between getting the IUD and this issue starting.
Anyone have any insight on this?
Small spot forming at my door. My instinct says to sand it, clean it, paint it, but I just wanna be sure.
