Hi all, I'm deciding on whether to give the Hori Fighting Stick Alpha a shot, or go with the more familiar Qanba/Haute42 options that I've used in the past.
Although I'm going to be doing my own stick mod from the ground up, that's something that'll take time and resources that ATM I can't give to that project. So I'm opting to get a pre-build stick for the time being until I can dedicate my time to a custom build.
In terms of Hori sticks, I've only used Sanwa parts, never their Hayabusa buttons or stick. How different are those when compared to traditional Sanwa parts?
I've used the Qanba Drone 1 w/ Sanwa parts up until now and found the weight and size to be good, but it's starting to show it's age physically and mechanically. It'd be nice to go back to something a bit more premium feeling, like my old TE's from MadCatz back then.
I have a Haute42 T13 that fits in my purse/tote for going to friends houses or the occasional local, but I prefer using an actual stick than leverless most of the time. I know they released a modular option/lever option, but I don't see many reviews on the X Move nor the C-AS, especially the latter.
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to get as much of my thoughts out there. Any help/suggestions would be super helpful, thank you!
