Curious for those of you who have experienced increased anxiety on this med: did adjusting your dose help at all?

I’ve been on a small dose of 100 SR for a month now. At first I felt great. Now I’m feeling anxious, irritable, and noticing my trichotillomania coming back.

I’m of course going to chat with my doctor at my next appointment, but I can’t decide if I should increase or try something else. If they add another med to help with my extreme anxiety, I’d be on 5 meds which feels crazy for someone who was afraid to take medication until I’m 33.

For context, I’ve been taking vyvanse, clonidine, & as needed propranolol before all of this.
