Violation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) @ Hyannis Massachusetts Home Depot

I own a local business on Cape Cod and work with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I hate to witness anyone with disabilities being mocked or made fun of which is a clear violation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Today my husband and I witnessed a Home Depot employee Guilherme at the Hyannis Massachusetts location complain about and mock a disabled coworker. This was done out of earshot of the other employee but made my husband and I sick to witness. We tried to report to a manager and waited a good amount of time after one was paged but unfortunately one was not available before we needed to leave. The employee that was being mocked was so helpful to every customer. I just hope she never hears the unkind words Guilherme was saying.
Please lets all just be kind to one another!!!

Is there anything I can do to help the employee?
