Hi all,
I'm not able to get to the range as much as I would like at the moment and I want to still be able to work on some archery-relevant skills/elements where possible at home or in my gym. The main things that I am working on at the range for the moment are holding on target for longer/with more stability (allowing for some float), and just general consistency in release/avoiding flinching.
I'm looking for suggestions from the community for gym programs or at-home exercises that I can complete or activities that have helped you in maintaining or building your skills when you haven't been able to get to the range.
Unfortunately I am in a very small apartment with nowhere to shoot my bow safely, even including blank bailing. I don't have a coach at the moment so I can't reach out to them for help either.
