I'm building a new house and have space designed for an indoor simulator. Would love an overhead LM, but not sure yet if the extra money is worth it?
That said, there's a lot of discussion about units that can do indoor and outdoor well. While this sounds great on paper, the range I would primarily use has Pinnacle brand range balls. I then saw an article that budget range v. premium balls will have a 5-10% distance and considerable spin variance. So, I'm trying to think if I'd ever take a LM to the range at all? I do see the entire flight of the ball at the range...so, for the most part, I know what I've done on every swing.
I get it if your range uses high end balls; but, how important is the outdoor capabilities with lower end balls? And, would this be part of the decision process between a radar based and camera based LM?
