I’m coming off 15mg of tirzepatide, so I expect my food noise might be higher until I go up in dosage in Foundayo.

I’ve been on Tirz for a year and three months. Down almost 70 pounds. 10 pounds away from goal. Was going to move into maintenance anyway!
I’m on 15mg Tirz now and my doc’s guidance is to start at the lowest dose and work my way up monthly (as needed).
