Hey everyone!

Just wanted to show my progress from Jan 2024 to April 2026

Age: 31 Height 5”2

Starting weight 237.5

Current weight 145.5

For some background, first photo is when I started my journey Second photo is a collage from Jan 31, Feb 31 and March 31. Third and fourth pic was about a week ago

I started with calorie deficit and walking, I have just started incorporating strength training about 2-3 months ago. I also recently did 3 rounds of coolsculpting for transparency

I am getting married in 33 days and I was wondering if anyone is struggling with the same feelings. I know I made a ton of progress but lately I have been having a hard time

- I feel like I could have lost “more” with the amount of time I had

-first time seeing so much loose skin and stretch marks and struggling with it

-feeling pressure as the wedding approaches to lose weight faster than I currently am

If anyone has a similar build and wants to drop some workout tips or pre wedding fitness tips please feel free ! 🫶🏻 thanks to this sub and the mods for creating a space like this
