A couple of years ago I modded an old game boy advance, got an IPS screen and replaced the battery, however, after it initially booted, the battery ran out and I couldn’t charge it.
I thought my old charger was the issue (as it was already causing trouble charging). Got two chargers and a multi plug usb cord, can’t get the battery to charge or the gameboy to turn on.
I left the project (because life happened). Now I’m trying to figure out if this is a battery issue, a fuse, charger problem or something else.
Any recommendations on where to start the diagnosis? Have tried swapping batteries and using all the chargers with both. I’ll be getting a multimeter tomorrow to check the inside of the console. But I feel a bit lost
