I’m planning to move downtown soon and would love some recommendations. I’m a recent college grad looking for an area with other young professionals, plus easy access to bars, restaurants, and things to do. Right now I’m considering the Dows Building, 500 on First, and 245 Kingston. I’m looking for a one bedroom apartment with a budget of around $1,000/month.

If anyone has experience with these places, other downtown recommendations, or places to avoid, I’d really appreciate the insight!
