I have a Virtuoso SE headset. Suddenly Headset stop being recognized, just the Mic. But when I connect them through USB cable and in connected mode, the headset appears again.

I did many test, and saw that icue software is the responsible. If I uninstall icue software, then headset and mic is recognized via wireless. After reinstall, issue comes again.

Anyone knows what is going on?
