Hello everyone, I’m a frontend developer with ~5 years of experience (mainly Angular), and I’ve been feeling stuck in my current role for the past 2 years without much growth in my tech stack.

I’m considering the LetPhil Mentorship program and wanted honest feedback from anyone who has taken it.

  • Are the sessions truly 1:1, or mostly group-based with recordings?
  • How strong is their placement support in reality?
  • Do they offer meaningful peer interaction or community support?
  • How flexible are the session timings (for working professionals)?
  • Is the curriculum and promises on their website actually accurate?

My goal isn’t a “0 to 20x” transformation in a few months, but to:

  • build strong confidence in my fundamentals
  • learn relevant modern frontend skills
  • become job-ready enough to switch to a better role

I’ve tried self-studying multiple times, but I struggle with consistency and direction—so I’m specifically looking for a structured, mentor-driven approach.

Would really appreciate detailed, honest experiences (pros/cons).
