Is it safe to travel in flights now?

I’ve been in the US for 5 years on an F1 visa, having completed my Master's and worked on my initial 12-month OPT (which was approved after an RFE). I am currently a PhD student on the same SEVIS record and working on full-time CPT.

However, I’m concerned about domestic travel because my STEM OPT extension was previously denied due to an allegation of "unauthorized employment." This stemmed from an incident during my Master’s where I was wrongly booked for a 3rd-degree felony for being behind the counter of a shop; while the case was fully dismissed and expunged by the court, USCIS still cited it as the reason for the denial. Is it safe for me to travel on a domestic flight using just my foreign passport, state photo ID, and my current CPT I-20? I’m specifically worried about whether TSA or the occasional CBP/ICE presence at airports would be flagged by the past denial or the underlying record despite my current valid status.

Any advice on this would be really helpful. Thank you.
