I just blew up my engine redlining it for 5+ minutes on a steep mountain hill. Knocking sound, then grinding after 10 miles of driving, then heavy crank without starting.

Its a 2017 2.0L Manual with 80,000 miles on it

Does anyone know how hard it would be swap a 2.5L in instead of a new 2.0L?
