I was on my way home about an hour ago, going through a left hand turn stoplight, when I started hearing something rattling under my car. I pulled over right after making the turn, and there was a 12"x 2" flat piece of steel sticking out of the grey cover, dragging the ground.
I easily pulled it out but it had been stuck up inside about 3-4 inches. No leaks or anything but I'm wondering what's up under that cover that could possibly be damaged. The car drove fine the rest of the way home.
Just FYI this photo is a screenshot of a 22' CX-30. I have a 24' carbon edition. It was towards the left side of the grey cover.
