My boss is subbing trim and doors to me on one of our new construction houses. Not super cut up 1,200 sqft. He’s telling me the going rate is 60 dollars per door (split jamb) and 1 dollar per linear foot on baseboard. 12 doors and 300 foot of baseboard to pay 1,020. Idk if i’m wrong but that seems low to me. For reference this is in rural va so that will account into some pricing i’m sure.
