I received a message from Vi i clicked it while reading it a small slide came up from the bottom by saying update there was playstore icon so I did it and asked to reload but i didn't then when I went to the playstore there it shows to update and I did it

My concern is I saw some news like iQOO phones are getting hacked by these kinds of pop up by saying update am i safe ? is there any way to check if something went wrong
