I am having stuttering issues with my Rocket Punch that started about three days ago. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, Scan & Repair, and messing around with different graphics settings. It happens with Reinhardt's tackle, and Hanzo's horizontal leap as well!

I've scoured the internet looking for an answer but there is literally one post from years ago on Blizzard's website that was unanswered.

Also, if you look at the top right no frames are dropped so I am at a loss at this point.

I am addicted to playing DF and these split second stutters have cost me so many lives and plays haha

tl;dr My Rocket Punch stutters and it's killing me in game and mentally pls halp.
