Hello, I am going on holiday to spain with my family and would like to start learning some simple spanish phrases. I am a very paranoid person so would like to know some Spanish words/phrases for safety just in case me or my family are ever in a bad situation.

Just requesting the equivalent to phrases like:

* I need help!

* I am lost / my [family member] is lost/ missing

* I am hurting / my [family member] is hurting

— for this one specifics on where has been physically hurt would be appreciated

* I need to go to a hopsital / can you take me to a hopsital?

* Can you call the police?

That sort of thing, any help is appreciated ! Sorry If i sound very stupid lol <3
