Shame on whoever decided to hold an event like this in an open venue at the highest point in the city. Rudimentary acoustic planning would have shown that sound would get projected with high fidelity everywhere within 5km radius. Whoever organized this unilaterally decided to not let anyone in Old Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, Vera, and Chugureti sleep tonight. The cumulative health damage from such an event almost certainly amounts to multiple deaths. The City Hall has fined them for exceeding the noise ceiling, but was not able to shut down the event, and the fine was likely less than the price of a single ticket. I'm writing this as of 6am, and it's still ongoing. To anyone involved in organizing this, მოგსტვნიათ ჯიში დედმამიანად და დიჯეიანად.
