I know everybody is talking about the same thing about there flight with spirit soon but iv seen a ton of different information and not sure what would actually be the best course of action. I have a flight this Tuesday and a returning flight the Tuesday after (5th-12th). Iv seen others refund their flights entirely in case they shut down and won’t get money back, others saying that Spirit should have enough to operate for at least 2-3 more weeks, others saying not to refund voluntarily to preserve refund rights and avoid cancellation fees. Does spirit have a notice of enforcement yet? Seems like most people’s plan is to have backup refundable flights but they are all double if not more the price of what I originally paid for.
