t finally happened to me, a truly reddit worthy moment.

I am exit row with the full sized exit door, so much leg room I can barely reach my bag under the seat in front of me. I paid some stupid price for this as it's an 8 hour flight.

Man next to me asks if I'd switch with his girlfriend, in the very back of the plane. I think he's kidding. He's not.

I ask why he dosen't offer to switch with the person next to her. His response: "I'm not giving up this seat!" I just stare at him.

Later in the flight, as we finally realize there is no meal service (see, again, 8 hour flight) I offer the man a granola bar, because I'm either a huge push over or a nice person 😅
