Hello all.

I’ve grown up around .net domains - long before I got into domain investing.

I have (what I thought was a neat) .net domain

But looking at Namebio, there are hardly any noteworthy .net domains sold (retail price)

Is it worth building something for SEO value instead of listing it for sale ?

I suspect people still value .net almost as well as a .com, just because it’s been around for so long.

The name I have is good enough to work as an EMD (almost)
