Planning to start a new cricket turf near Guntur Bypass / service road side while entering Guntur from Budampadu, and wanted some genuine feedback from people here.

The idea is not just another turf squeezed between buildings. The location is actually very peaceful — open air, less traffic noise, easy parking, clean surroundings, and just a short drive from the city. Mostly aiming for a good overall vibe where friends can come play, chill, eat something, spend time and leave relaxed.

Planning for:

• Good quality turf with proper lighting
• Spacious playing area
• Night matches
• Seating/open hangout space
• Small café beside it (not a full restaurant type)
• Simple but good food, coffee, cool drinks, etc.
• Family/friends friendly atmosphere

Main focus is on experience, cleanliness, ambience and making it feel worth driving to.

Wanted to know honestly:

• Would people actually prefer a turf slightly outside the busy city if the place feels better overall?
• What do you feel most current turfs in Guntur are missing?
• What pricing would feel reasonable for a quality turf?
• What kind of food/drinks would you actually order while hanging out there?

Would genuinely appreciate honest opinions/suggestions before going ahead with it.
