Hi friends,

I have been stay at home parenting for a 7-8 years now, looking to get into the job market (in BC, Canada) again, knowing it’s quite tricky, I’d like to reach out for advice.

I want to do online courses that are relatively accessible, for most people. However, good to have on an updated resume. This way my resume is well rounded, and shows I have a bit of motivation toward maintaining safety/general workplace courses (cpr, workplace safety, etc) and attaining, even part time employment to start.

Anyone have any courses that they think are useful to have on a resume, that would beef up a dusty resume?

Thank you in advance.

(I’m currently in a medical laser technician course as well, just want to give myself a chance at other job opportunities—should that market be quite saturated) 🇨🇦
