This is the second time this has happened now.
I’ll open after effects and be met with a series of pop-ups telling me that different files have been renamed with “old,” upon entering the app, all of my original project files are gone, and I have to reload from an auto-save, but even then sometimes these are “damaged” meaning I lose the project entirely
Any help would be greatly appreciated

AE 2025 - bought from Adobe
I have Sapphire, Continuum, and Optical Flares, all bought from their respective companies
I’ve tried a few online fixes such as manually renaming the files (removing the “old”) which hasn’t worked. Other than than I haven’t encountered many helpful fixes
Can’t access footage right now but will update with codecs and formats
