The more I think about it the more questions arise IMO.

On paper it’s clear that the armor allows Guts to fight beyond his physiological limitations, to the point of damaging his body.

It’s a remarkable power up, no question about it, but still all it gives him is extra raw strenght, nothing more.

Even without considering the downsides, it’s not a tool that can allow him to really fight on a comparable level against the god hand members themselves. Something like the sword of actuation, for instance.

In fact an argument could be made that the armor made Guts weaker, since he was holding his own against Zodd without it (on the hill of sword) and now his body has been through so much he’s less capable than before unless he wears it.

So I keep wondering, what’s the point of it? From a narrative standpoint I feel that all it does is highlight that even with all the skill and power a human could ever have, he can’t fight this fight. Unless it’s hiding more secrets.

In that regard it’s likely that it was instrumental in making Skull Knight become..whatever he is, but still I don’t think Guts wants to go down the same path.

Oggi ho provato a delegare un pò di lavoro a Chat GPT. Si trattava di riassumere una perizia molto lunga, il cui contenuto già conoscevo, in modo da inserirla in un atto senza perdere un'ora a rileggerla, copiare le parti etc.

Carico il documento e do un prompt in cui chiedo all'IA di fare una tabella in cui riassume i punti salienti in cui il perito evidenzia il problema tal dei tali, oltre che i casi in cui la ditta ha omesso di rispettare questa o quella norma e gli effetti di tale condotta, citando i passaggi ed indicando le pagine dove si trovano i passaggi citati

Mi sembrava una cosa quasi banale, ha un solo documento a disposizione, non sarà difficile ottenere un risultato decente pensavo. E invece non solo ha fatto una monnezza, anche dopo diversi tentativi di farle rifinire il lavoro, ma soprattutto continua a citare frasi che sembrano pertinenti ma non presenti nel documento, con numeri di riferimento delle pagine assolutamente a casaccio.

E non ho trovato verso di farle fare un lavoro corretto, senza "invenzioni".

Sono io che non so usare l'IA? è il modello che fa schifo? Non lo so, ma quello che so è che non ci si può fidare di questo sistema nemmeno per cose sostanzialmente banali.
