I’m currently 3 months pp and my supply has dropped insanely bad. My fiance went back to work and my pumping around the clock got messed up. I’m still working on a routine while going back to work and still pumping while I’m at home with my little one. I use to be a smidge of an over supplier and now I produce barely enough. Give me your outlandish / wildest ways that has increased your supply or evened it back out. I have done the warm compresses, power pumping, Oreos, Dr Pepper, sweet potatoes, expensive legendairy supplements, body armor, you name it I’ve tried it. I picked up milk mothers tea to try and chamomile bags for inside my bra. And I am waiting on moringa to come in tomorrow from Amazon.

My LO is currently 11 weeks and 3 days. Recently we have been having the issue of him wanting to eat every 2 hours. In extreme amounts. He is combo fed, due to my low output. He sleeps well, he has dirty diapers 2x a day, and has many wet diapers. He sleeps from about 8:30/9 until 3:30/4:30 wants a quick snack then sleeps until 7:30/8. Then he is up for the day. He eats about 6 oz in the morning, then 4 every two hours and still wants more. We pace feed. He is not a chunky baby by any means. And I’m starting to worry something is wrong with my breastmilk. He has started to teethe, so I’m wondering if him wanting to eat is just the coolness soothing his gums along with chewing. But I have many teether toys for him to use but he doesn’t like them that much ): I’m not sure if I am missing something.
