About two months ago I thought I'd try running, mostly for stress relief and better sleep. I'm 44 years old, 85 kg and probably took a running step last time when Pluto was still a planet. I started with shorter jogs, then added distance and have been alternating longer and shorter runs, three to four times a week. For the past three runs I've been adding faster laps, going for under 6 minutes for 2 or 3 laps per run with easier pace in between..yesterday I thought I'd give the sub 30 a try..Feeling pretty proud of myself!
