Ingredients: 5 Large potatoes 1/2 chicken, broiler Cornstarch Garlic Salt (if you don't have this, normal salt and garlic powder works as well) Black pepper Paprika Cayenne Any other spices you want to use

Recipe: (Note: This is an air fryer recipe. You can oven roast the fries and chicken but be careful of the fries sticking on the pan or foil.)

Fries: Cut the potatos into medium slices and wash them to remove excess starch. In an clean bowl, add the fries and the fry spices. For this, use garlic salt and cornstarch and mix the thoroughly. Add 2 tablespoons of oil (ama pima na macho) into the fries and mix them thoroughly. Put them into the air fryer (or oven) at 180° for 15 minutes. Toss them at 5 minutes interval for even cooking. Set aside after it the timer goes off.

(Note: If you are using the oven, remember to toss the fries frequently to avoid it sticking to the surface and getting half chips or none at all.)

Chicken: Put the chicken in a clean bowl, put the chicken in and add as many spices as you want. Your imagination is your limit. Remember to put cornstarch on it for a nice crispy taste and texture. If your air fryer has an 'air roast' option, use it. Set it to 190° for 20 minutes. If you are using an oven, same temperature and time. If your air fryer has no such option, use the normal air fry option, set it to 180° for 25 minutes. Put the chicken breast looking up for a nice crispy skin.

Serve with your favorite beverage.

Enjoy ❤️
