Biest in addition to patch?
Anyone ever try this? I am currently on a .0375 patch after stepping down from the .05 because it was feeling like a bit much for me. I had symptoms like anxiety, between the eyes headache, sleeplessness, bleeding, and breast tenderness. The lower dose isn’t perfect either, I’ve got very dry eyes, fogginess, no energy, and some aches and pains and histamine issues have returned, but I am sleeping & my mood’s ok. I have a 50/50 biest cream that I got before I was prescribed my patch but have only used it a couple times. Since the .05 seems too high and the .0375 too low, I’m kind of lost and wondering if it would make sense to supplement with 1 click of the biest? Or am I being insane? Should I tough it out on the higher patch? I was on it for 7 weeks before stepping down, been on the .0375 for 3 weeks. Or will things regulate on the lower patch?
