Need ideas and can’t find any, what can I do to make this look ‘better’. It’s the outcome from a remodel and it’s time I deal with it.

For some reason it won’t let me upload a picture. It’s a lift master wide button garage door opener. Not just a small thing… but about 2x3.5-4”
