My son had a cleaning yesterday. We got the confirmation text and everything, but when we showed up, nobody was there and nobody answered the phones.

The dentist has had other issues in the past but it looks like this is a permanent closure.

How do I get my son's dental records? Are they legally obligated to hold onto them/send them to his new dentist?
