Reactive hypoglycemia

About 5 weeks into keto. My numbers have been going all over the place. Just had my lab work. Everything was good except cholesterol and triglycerides. I need to eat more lean chicken, fish, and vegetables. Tried the jyper keto fasting trend .Fasting has caused me to hit higher keytones. But it has its side effects with glucose. I was doing a 16/8, but my numbers can get wacky. Yesterday, I ate a large, low-carb breakfast. Then fasted until dinner. We went to Hibachi for a special occasion. I had teriyaki salmon, veges, and a small amount of fried rice. My body freaked out. Two hours after the meal, I checked my numbers. It was a .9 keytone, but my glucose dropped to 55. I rechecked, and it was 65. So apparently, my system freaked out due to the carbs and caused reactive hypoglycemia. Has anyone else experienced this reaction when having a higher carb meal after restrictions?

I already have a follow-up with my doctor scheduled. I am learning there are some nuances with keto. I have also incorporated walking and weight lifting. Think I overloaded my system with all of the changes, fasting and introducing that meal. Breakfast was 5:30 am and dinner was 6:30 pm.

The program I am using is concerned about this high of a score. My blood glucose is good. I am not diabetic. I was dehydrated one day. There are only a few differences i can spot my score changing. 16 -8 fastimg. I started exercising and stopped taking my ssri due to teeth grinding. Doubt the SSRI would have much of an effect. I believe I can increase my carbs at this point and still score a .5 keytone. I could probably eat 100 grams of carbs a day and stay in Keto. Everyone is different. No one size fits all.

Those machines aren't that accurate sometimes. They say i am hypo when i am not. Usually, I test a few times eac, but the keto scores stay in the same range. The glucose scores seem to be all over sometimes. The glucI guess I should follow up with my pcp. Is a score of 5 or higher dangerous? M 43 175lbs 510
