It's a GW-5000HS-1JF (made in Japan, stainless steel case, multiband 6, solar, automatic backlight) with a bezel from the DW-5040PG-1 (white lettering) and the Fidlock watchstrap from a DW-5600MNC-1 (ultracomfy, much better strap adapters than the jays & kays).

I'm lovin it!!
