Hi everyone,

I’ve been using my IP to slow cook a pork roast all day (Medium heat for 6 hours thus far) and it’s still seeming pretty tough. I still have an hour and a half until it needs to be served, but I’m worried that it won’t be finished by then.

Does anyone have a suggestion for potentially switching it to pressure cooking for a short time to finish the cook? I was leaning towards 15 minutes at high pressure, but hopefully someone here has some concrete experience and can help guide me.

I appreciate any help I can get!
