I installed the craft armory kit and have gone through sig guy’s videos piece by piece. The trigger is dead. I thought I might be missing the short spring in the firing pin unit (blanking on the technical name) and replaced that with an OEM one and still have the same issue. Does anyone know what it could be / understands how these hammers and trigger mechanics work on the p365? The whole fire control unit is a new style that I don’t have experience with.

SOLUTION for those having this issue too: when pushing the sear spring to the top and putting the pin back in, i thought it was holding on top. It was not, and i had to take a very small flat head and work it through the other side, pushing the spring tail up as I fed through the pin.
