My 5 month old puppy had insanely hairy ears. He got groomed for the second time two days ago and they plucked them without my permission. They told me to not let him scratch, but he’s been shaking his head a lot. I noticed an odor today and this is what his ears look like now. It’s been 48 hours since the plucking. I spoke to my vet prior about his ears, she looked at them and said to not touch them as they were perfectly fine. Is this scabbing and crust due to infection?? I’m scared to try to clean them and inflame them more. I’m literally so upset about this situation as it shouldn’t have happened.
