My husband bought me a Nespresso Evoluo for my birthday 18 months ago. We’ve always had nice crema/foam. This week, it stopped producing any crema and was watery. We descaled it. Didn’t fix it. We ran extra clean cycles, didn’t fix it. We tried other pods, different dates/batches/flavors, etc. We changed the filter on our water, used bottle water, neither fixed it. Then I impulse purchased a vertuo pop, the only machine nearby that was available same day, and that didn’t fix it either. We also tried the pods that came with the vertuo to no avail.

Contacting support, but would love to hear if anyone has any ideas? I look forward to this coffee every day, and now it’s like I’m drinking watery keurig coffee and I cannot live like this! (Ha,ha)
