Looking for a second-hand MacBook with an Apple Silicon M-series chip around NPR 60k.

Requirements:

• Minimum 16GB RAM (non-negotiable)
• Storage is not a concern
• No physical damage or major repairs
• Battery health ideally 86%+
• Preferably MacBook Air, but open to Pro if it fits budget

Main use:

• Coding / development
• Multitasking
• General productivity

I know 60k might be tight for 16GB unified memory models, so I wanted realistic opinions:
