Basically the title. I played the game 6 months ago and didn't have this problem.But now, in my campaign , everything besides workshops and farms take literally 300+ turns to finish. Workshops and farms take 2-3 turns, as normal. So what am I doing wrong? Thanks

I put my hero in the Guild of Six Winds, and he's just seemingly stuck in there now, showing as grayed out on the world map icon of him. It's been over a week of game days and nothing has changed, he's just grayed out and I can't use him.

Am I missing something or is this likely a bug?
