I bought ny kiddo an HMD Barbie flip phone for her birthday . She loved it. She used it for right about 5 weeks. Then it just went black. I don't know whether the battery actually died or it went black on its own. After charging on multiple different Chargers, including the type that the phone just lays on , there are no signs of life in the phone. I have used a multimeter to check both the battery and the little prong things inside the phone that touch the battery . Both of those appear to be working at the capacity they should be. I contacted the company but because I bought it through a third party, they are unwilling to offer me any suggestions. Any thoughts?
