I have been on oral Lymecycline, topical Adapalene and Azelaic acid for about a year now for my cystic acne. This still flares up and then improves even with the therapy. However my skin continues to be constantly dripping in sebum and very bumpy/clogged, even when the cysts are calm.

I otherwise use the CeraVe green cleanser nightly, when my skin gets irritated I’ll use CeraVe moisturiser and an oil free chemical spf50+ uva++++ every morning.

I would really appreciate some advice on my options in managing my skin and improving it (including what options I might have when my husband and I decide to start trying for a baby) 😊
