Create kanban board task from google forms email
Hello,
I am trying to automate creating a task on my Jira Kanban board, based off a google forms email result for a service call.
I don’t have access to the Google form, but I get the automated results every time someone fills one out.
I’ve added the mail handler and tried my best to configure it, but I’m still not getting any new tasks generated inside Jira.
Could someone give me a hand?
