I am facing an issue with my CUET application and I couldnt find a clear asnwer anywhere so I am posting here..
The issue is that
The name on my adhaar card does not match the name on my cuet application form.
However, the name on the application form DOES match my 10th grade marksheet
Name on Adhaar : Akhthar
Name on application form & 10th marksheet : Akhtar
its literally a one letter difference and the Adhaar is wrong not the application
What I have done so far :
tried calling the NTA helpline: Lines are busy
Drafting an email to NTA
Planning to carry the original 10th marksheet to the exam center as proof
What I want to know:
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Were you allowed to appear?
Will the mismatch be caught at entry or computer allotment?
Is the 10th marksheet enough as supporting proof?
ANy other steps we should take before exam day?
Exam is in just a few days so any help is appreciated. Thank you soooo much!!!!
