What are you guys doing while the face mask is on? I was taught in school to leave and write up my soap chart, but ever since getting a job in the field I realized no one uses soap charts and most just massage the chest, arms, and hands. I started doing that and I found it 1) takes up a lot of time 2) takes a lot of energy. I work in a spa so i have to be diligent with time and finish in an hour. What do you guys think about 1) massaging down to the hands and 2) how much and where do you massage for the facial part? For me I massage the face at the end and only massage the face and neck, I don’t include the scalp and it’s always very basic. I’m asking because I feel like I’m not doing enough, but at the same time I want to keep my energy high and not burn out or feel like I have to do a facial like you see on IG. What do you guys think?
