Print slower with a brim, but its so much easier this way. The individual cups tend to fall out of alignment when shoving them into a maglite because some parts of the tube have more friction than others. This way you just slide the whole thing in all at once.

This is for 3 D cell tube, so its going to be printed in 2 parts, this is the bottom half, the top will have the blast baffle under a single freeze plug. Also do some test prints to make sure they fit the diameter, the cups are 34.7mm and on my printer they need to be 34.2 mm to slide in.

Drill bit size for a 45 cal 3D cell Maglite suppressor

I have an approved 45 cal d cell Maglite suppressor in the works. Plan is to use one freeze plug and then FTN.4 45 cal 3d printed baffles.

What size of drill bit do I need for the end cap and the freeze plug? Reading 33/64 but this is going to be an extra long can so I thought I would ask first.
