Could I be in a flare?

So, I do entyvio injections every other week. I use to do infusions but insurance changed me in the beginning of the year🙄

I have had one flare since I have been diagnosed, it was 2 years ago so I forgot what it is like.

I have had some belly pain in my lower portion, I had a formed bowel movement two days ago and the. Yesterday I had one it was formed. But, not one long stool it was just like smaller pieces that were formed.

I have had no mucus or blood, but smelly gas and sometimes they come out hot, sometimes they don’t. I might need to lay off the ice cream!

The belly pain and also I get some nausea, also the gas has started to worry me…should I be worried?

I hope it is not, just looking for some reassurance, I just get worried every time I think I am going into a flare.

The last stool sample I did, which was maybe one or two months ago was the lowest level since I had been diagnosed. It was like just barely in the abnormal. Like two away from normal level I think.

So, has anyone else had this and it was nothing. Also, most times I don’t go to the bathroom everyday like every other day or every other three days. But, this week I have went everyday. So I will take that as a win. I guess I forgot that it was normal to go everyday 😂

Hello everyone, I am traveling to Chicago in June and am looking for hotels, that are in safe areas, close to everything. The BIGGEST thing I need is a Microwave and Mini-Fridge in my room. Cause, I like to reheat my leftover food. Does anyone have any good recommendations about where to stay, they has a microwave and mini-fridge.

I am aiming for Magnificent Mile or in that area. It is my first time going to Chicago. So, just in the area with stuff to-do and is in a safe area.

Hello everyone, I have a peanut allergy and use to live traveling when I was younger. When I think about traveling I get sick.

So, I have decided that I can’t live like this, I need to take control of this instead of it controlling me. So, I have been doing therapy with a person who specializes in allergy anxiety.

We just barely started exposure therapy, so I won’t be able to eat out…working on it… so I will be packing lunch.

It still just makes me nervous like this huge city and I have an allergic reaction will they get to me in time.

If I think about eating out, do you all have any recommendations.

I hope I am making a good choice, I am excited but also nervous.

Thanks for any recommendations or helpful info/reassurance you can give.
