Love Is... Comic Strip

Love Is... Comic Strip

My parents are moving from the home they've lived in for almost 40 years. Mom is currently going through an old box of letters and found this gem from when they were married in 1977.

They were published in booklets[2] in the late 1960s before appearing in strip form in a newspaper in 1970, under the pen name "Kim"."*

Footfall by Larry Niven & Jerry Pournell, 1985 [Michael Whelan]

My husband has been playing drums in a band with two 16 y/o guitar phenoms (due to some technically difficulties at the end only one is playing). They do originals and hard rock/alt-rock/grunge covers from the late '80s-'90s. They closed out Friday's gig with "Killing in the Name" by RAtM. It was the highlight of my week.
