I provided Fidelity with a death certificate on April 7th and heard no follow up information. I called on April 21st and was told it would take 20 days to open and fund my account. When I called this week to ask a question, I was told by another person it would take 30-45 days to open and fund my account.
I am trying to plan for upcoming bills and things. The lack of communication and getting mixed dates is not helpful. Has anyone encountered this? Any solutions?
